So anyway, it started snowing here in Pa with occasional sub-freezing temperatures so we moved the boat into the shed, here's how it went.

The truck frame under the back end is from an S-10, and could have been a little heavier but worked flawlessly.

Kenny is the first one to "drive" the boat; not sure this counts though!

The logs are tulip poplars we just sawed down and dragged up from the woods.

Snowing, AGGHH!
